FORTRESS DBF75 INDUSTRIAL FIRE

A single-skinned galvanised steel roller shutter designed for use in conjunction with the Fortress FF1 Control Panel™ as a fire shutter.
Recommended for industrial applications requiring fire performance - factories/ warehouse/ garages/ shopping centres.

Maximum: 6000mm x 6000mm under standard construction (revised August 2008).
Larger sizes available by specification.

Fire performance: 4-hour fire resistance BS 476: Part 22 (1987).
CE-marked 01 May 2005: Product Standard BS EN 1634-1 (2000).

Interlocking galvanised steel laths, 75mm in depth, with solid curved profile.
BS EN 12453 Galvanised steel roll-formed base bar with Fortress Anti-Catch System™ designed to avoid any lifting hazard.

Guides
Fortress DBF80 G-channel™ 3mm Z-steel roll-formed guides with concealed fixing.

Coil Casing
BS EN 12453 1.2mm galvanised sheet steel coil casing as standard.

Operation
BS EN 12453 Fortress DBF75 Drive System™ 415 Volt 3-phase/240 Volt single-phase operator with Fortress Fireman KeySwitch™, supplied with hand chain operation for use in the event of emergency opening. Controlled through the Fortress FF1 Control Panel™ linked to the fire alarm system, allowing the shutter to open/close through an auxiliary signal, by the option of an essential supply or battery backup package.
Fitted as standard with an EA40 240 Volt/24 Volt DC solenoid.
Anti-fall trigger system for entry level requirements based on controlled descent non-stop trigger system release.
NB. Must be fitted to a 6amp/13amp rated/non-switched, fused, maintained spur or isolator.
