Flush double steel doorset with a hollow metal construction designed for general purpose industrial and commercial applications.

Structural opening size: up to 1800mm x 2100mm.
Frame size: up to 1786mm x 2095mm.
Door leaf size: up to 838mm x 2039mm (active and inactive).

Performance
Thermal performance: U-value 0.363 W/m2K.
Acoustic performance: Weighted Level Difference Dw value 35dB.
Fire performance: 4-hour fire resistance BS 476: Part 22 (1987).

Door Leaf
Two skins of 1.2mm galvanneal steel sheet pressed to form a 45mm thick door leaf.

Door Core
Bonded non-fibrous honeycomb core: structural small cell (25mm) max kraft paper honeycomb laminated under pressure to face sheets.

Frame
1.6mm galvanneal steel knock-down construction with internal reinforcing to receive standard hardware.

Threshold
A shallow depth extruded aluminium profile gives additional strength to the frame; aiding weatherproofing and sound reduction.

Hardware
As standard, doors are provided with LÄGST hardware solution for architectural ease.

Finish
